In accordance with Article 33 of Law 996 of 2005 and pursuant to the electoral calendar for the 2026 presidential elections, all providers interested in the selection methods for goods and services for Ecopetrol S.A. are hereby informed that from January 31 to May 31, 2026 —or until June 21, 2026 (in the event of a second round)— Ecopetrol will publish any potential selection methods to be conducted during this period. To this end, a public call is issued to potential providers interested in participating in prospective procurement processes, subject to compliance with the requirements established for each case.

Interested parties may review any potential Selection Methods planned during the effective period of the 2026 Electoral Guarantees Law that are marked as 'IN PROGRESS' (EN TRÁMITE). If applicable, providers may express their interest according to the specific requirements of each call and within the established deadlines and conditions.

In cases where an expression of interest has been submitted, it is clarified that such submission does not grant any right to be invited or to participate in a Selection Method. Ecopetrol will invite to participate those parties who—based on objective and internal analyses of capacity and suitability, the plurality of potential offers, the timeliness in satisfying the procurement need, and its magnitude or complexity—are capable of providing the service under appropriate conditions and have met the requirements established for each case, always within the framework of Ecopetrol’s Procurement Manual and the Supply Model Book in effect at the time of contracting.
